Toshiba 10 inch Tablet

Back in January, Toshiba at CES event has been mentioned about their own tablet. The name of this device several times changed, and the last was Thrive. The option are the 8GB for $449 and 32GB versions for  $579, the tablet available for  pre-order. Specs also include a 10.1-inch screen, an NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor, 1GB of RAM, WiFi connectivity, and 2MP / 5MP front and rear cameras.
This device seems to be an icon to increasing the Toshiba for tablet user market.

TMS RamSan-70 SSD

Texas Memory Systems (TMS) will release the RamSan-70, packing 900GB of high-speed SLC NAND flash onto a single half-length PCIe card. Boasting an incredible 2GB-per-second sustained external throughput, this near-terabyte solid state drive is clearly overkill for most of us, considering that it's guaranteed to have a sky-high price (once details are released).

Instead, the "900GB Gorilla," as it's come to be known around TMS HQ, is destined for high-end servers -- though we certainly wouldn't object to clearing out a slot in our desktop, the goods delivery will be around a moth or two.

Sony Ericsson latest Gaming Mobile Phone !

Gameholic ? Bored or need something "new" ? Try the Sony Ericsson Xperia series gaming mobile phones.  The secret first revelaed in August and the prototype was introduced in January. The long awaiting time has come with its official release of Xperia instead of PlayStation Phone was earlier said will be the name of this phone in the back of March, 2011.

PlayStation influence connection remains as strong as ever. Aside from the D-pad, iconic game keys, and two touchpads, this device comes with a little app named PlayStation Pocket, which will be serving up dollops of classic PlayStation One gaming to all those with a taste for it. The Android Market will be joining the fun with Xperia Play-optimized titles from third-party developers.

Wrapped in a case with dimensions of 16mm (0.63 inches) thickness and 175g (6.2 ounces) of weight and these are the hardware's list of the Xperia Play relies on a 1GHz Qualcomm MSM8255 Snapdragon chip, which comes with an Adreno 205 GPU, 512MB of RAM, 400MB of which is available for applications to use , a 5 megapixel imager at  the back, with max resolution of 1280 x 720 frame, the capability of the 1GHz Snapdragon able to work at 30fps. Video recording at a maximum of 800 x 480.The recordings result is very soft, with noise suppression algorithms working overtime to ensure the smudgy appearance. That issue was compounded by poor microphone performance, which muffled and straight up distorted some of the sounds it picked up during recording. Last but not least Android Version 2.3.2 (Gingerbread) as its operating system.

Two applications that most interest here are the not at all confusingly named Xperia Play, which serves as a showcase for Android Market games compatible with the Play's controls, and the PlayStation Pocket, which houses the hallowed PS One games that this new smartphone is so primed to enjoy. For the moment at least, we should probably narrow that down to the singular game, since the Play ships with just the one preloaded classic title, Crash Bandicoot, and the rest of the PS One library is still en route. That puts the Play's launch, coming up on April 1st across Europe, into a rather precarious position. It's supposed to be the bringer of great new entertainments to the thumb-equipped masses and yet we're staring at just one original piece of content upon its release. Bruce Lee, FIFA 10, Star Battalion HD, and The Sims 3 do come preloaded to soften the blow, but they're not exclusive to the Play, and in the particular case of The Sims, don't even benefit very much from the physical controls.

Dont forget to spend around $620.00 to $644.00 for a unit of this wonderful phone with capability to plays Sony Playstation legendary and latest games on your very own phone !
